Technical Enablement Systems Administrator – Demo Infrastructure
Location: Remote (U.S.) or Hybrid/Onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY
Contract: 12-month W2 contract
Pay Rate: $170–$185/hour

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading AI technology company to hire a Technical Enablement Systems Administrator – Demo Infrastructure to support its growing go-to-market organization.
This is a hands-on ownership role responsible for administering and evolving the technical environments used by sales and technical field teams for live customer demonstrations. You will keep the demo environment healthy, ensure users have the right access and configuration, maintain integrations and features, troubleshoot issues quickly, and help design more scalable approaches as the organization grows.
This role is well suited for someone who combines strong SaaS administration experience with scripting/API skills and enjoys supporting technical, customer-facing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day administration of a customer-facing demo environment, including users, seats, feature settings, permissions, and organization configuration
- Manage user access, provisioning, and deprovisioning requests
- Troubleshoot access, configuration, integration, and demo-environment issues with a high sense of urgency
- Maintain demo features, connectors, integrations, and related functionality to ensure environments are consistently ready for customer-facing use
- Develop scripts and API-based automation to streamline provisioning and repetitive administrative workflows
- Support administration and provisioning processes as the user population and go-to-market organization scale
- Identify opportunities to improve the reliability, scalability, and usability of existing demo environments
- Propose and help build improved approaches to demo infrastructure and environment management
- Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, technical field teams, and other go-to-market stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize improvements
- Translate business and field-team needs into practical technical environment changes
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise organization environments
- Experience with user provisioning, permissions, organization-level settings, SSO, identity providers, and access management
- Strong scripting and API skills with the ability to automate administrative and provisioning workflows
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve user or environment issues quickly
- Experience supporting internal users in a fast-paced technical environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working directly with go-to-market teams and translating their needs into technical solutions
- Ability to independently own an environment and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in demo engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical function
- Familiarity with leading generative AI or large language model products and platforms
- Experience supporting a large or rapidly scaling sales organization
- Experience designing or administering technical demo environments
- Experience developing scalable provisioning and environment-management processes
