Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven paid search marketer to lead and optimize paid search strategy for our line of business. This role will manage day-to-day campaign performance, develop innovative optimization strategies, apply automation and AI-driven ad solutions such as Performance Max (PMax) and AI Max, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:
Drive and contribute to the development of the overall paid search strategy for the line of business.
Identify new opportunities and implement best practices to optimize performance.
Ensure AMER paid search strategy and execution align with international marketing strategy, priorities, and best practices.
Campaign Management:
Oversee day-to-day campaign optimizations, including testing strategies, bid adjustments, and creative iterations.
Deliver regular paid search reports to track performance and inform future strategies.
Innovate continuously by introducing creative ideas, pilot programs, and new tools to enhance program effectiveness.
Manage and optimize AI-powered paid search campaign types, including PMax and AI Max, using automation, audience signals, creative inputs, and performance insights to drive efficient growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Support the Marketing Manager with data analysis and actionable insights for presentations to business units, web teams, analytics, campaign marketing, field marketing, demand marketing, and the global marketing organizations.
Assist in the development and delivery of quarterly media plans, mid quarter reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with search engine representatives, leveraging their resources for performance insights, beta testing, competitive analysis, and related opportunities.

Proficiency in web analytics tools and bid optimization platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Advertising Cloud, or similar systems.
Comprehensive understanding of how paid search supports demand generation, product promotion, audience intent capture, and measurable business growth

3–5 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B paid search marketing, with demonstrated success managing global campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Extensive hands-on experience with paid search platforms and campaign types such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, PMax, AI Max, and other search engine or AI-powered paid search solutions.
