Job Overview
Position Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern will support the administration and operations of employee learning programs. This role will assist with training assignments, learning system processes, reporting, and employee access requests while gaining hands-on experience in learning analytics and workforce development. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in using data to improve employee learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training assignments with LMS vendors, including submitting weekly new hire lists for onboarding and required training enrollment.
Manage LinkedIn Learning access requests by reviewing Workday tickets, tracking approvals, and coordinating access provisioning with internal partners.
Maintain accurate learning records and support day-to-day LMS administration activities.
Pull, organize, and validate learning data from multiple systems.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards on training completion, participation, and learning utilization metrics.
Analyze learning data to identify trends and opportunities for improving learner engagement.
Support learner communications and respond to training-related inquiries.
Assist with special projects related to learning operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or People Analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
