So, what's the role all about?As a Software Engineer on the User Hub team, you'll help build and enhance one of the most critical areas of the NiCE CXone platform-the experience customers rely on to manage employees, teams, tenant configurations, profiles, branding, and organizational hierarchies.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll spend your time developing new features, modernizing existing capabilities, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting a platform used by some of the world's largest organizations.

How will you make an impact? - Design, develop, and enhance features within the User Hub platform.
- Build intuitive user experiences using Angular and modern web technologies.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java.
- Leverage AWS services and cloud-native architectures to deliver highly available solutions.
- Investigate and resolve production issues through log analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation.
- Partner closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and global engineering teams to deliver business value.
- Drive software quality through testing, automation, and a quality-first mindset.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Contribute ideas that improve customer experiences, team processes, and platform capabilities.
- Balance feature development with operational excellence to ensure a reliable experience for customers.
Have you got what it takes?- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience developing applications with Java.
- Experience building modern web applications using Angular.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Understanding of software design principles, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EKS, CloudWatch, or DynamoDB.
- Experience with Docker and containerized development environments.
- Experience investigating production issues and working within complex enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Python and serverless architectures.
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
