Summary

We are seeking an experienced ATE 93K Maintenance & Calibration Technician to support semiconductor test equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and production readiness in a high-tech engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Advantest V93000 / 93K ATE systems.
Calibrate test equipment and ensure systems meet required performance specifications.
Troubleshoot hardware, instrumentation, interface, and tester-related issues.
Support tester uptime and minimize production/test downtime.
Diagnose failures involving test heads, power supplies, instrumentation, cables, fixtures, and related hardware.
Perform scheduled maintenance and maintain calibration records.
Work closely with test, product, manufacturing, and equipment engineering teams.
Document maintenance activities, failures, repairs, and corrective actions.
Support equipment installation, upgrades, and validation as needed.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 / 93K ATE platforms.
Experience with ATE maintenance, calibration, and hardware troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of electronic test equipment and semiconductor test environments.
Ability to diagnose tester and instrumentation failures.
Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment documentation.
Good understanding of electrical/electronic hardware and measurement systems.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
