Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a full-service architecture and interior design studio with roots in Sarasota. Our firm has spent three decades designing spaces for local and national clients across Sports, Commercial, Community, Government, Hospitality, and Education markets. Due to growth, we are looking to add a skilled Senior Project Architect. This individual will provide architectural leadership on intermediate- to large-scale projects, ensuring design excellence and technical quality. They will drive the design process from conception to completion, oversee site inspections to maintain alignment with design intent, and use BIM tools for architectural documentation. While they will not be responsible for full project management, they will work closely with Project Managers to deliver coordinated, successful outcomes.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead design efforts balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability from planning through completion
- Guide BIM integration and technical coordination across all project phases
- Partner with Project Managers on client engagement, ensuring designs align with client vision
- Oversee design quality, constructability, and compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Implement quality control processes across design and documentation
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of professional growth
- Champion sustainable design and stay current with industry advancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
- Licensed Architect with 10+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Enscape
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
