Job Description:
>> Architect and operate secure, compliant, and highly available SDDC platforms
>> Design and implement NSX-T network virtualization with a focus on micro-segmentation, zero-trust security, and regulatory compliance
>> Oversee vLCM strategies for patching, firmware compliance, and risk-controlled upgrades across production clusters
>> Design, implement, and manage VMware Live Recovery (SRMDRaaS) solutions for automated disaster recovery
>> Ensure DR readiness through testing, runbook creation, and monitoring RPORTO compliance for critical applications and infrastructure
>> Deploy and manage workloads on VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC), including SDDC setup, NSX networking, and hybrid cloud integration with on-prem environments
>> Build and optimize vROps dashboards for capacity forecasting, SLA monitoring, anomaly detection, and operational risk reporting
>> Ensure SDDC designs meet banking requirements for resiliency, disaster recovery, multi-site HA, and business continuity
>> Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce segmentation, encryption, and threat-mitigation policies
>> Drive automation initiatives using PowerCLI, Python, Ansible, or Terraform to reduce manual operations and improve auditability
Requirements:
>> 10+ years of experience with VMware virtualization technologies in enterprise or financial-sector environments
>> Proven expertise designing and operating VCF at scale, including multi-site and stretched-cluster architectures
>> Deep hands-on experience with NSX-T (DFW, micro-segmentation, routing, load balancing, federation)
>> Strong experience with vLCM for lifecycle, firmware, and compliance management
>> Advanced proficiency with vROps for analytics, capacity planning, and SLA reporting
