\n Looking for a stable career with opportunities to learn a specialized trade? We are hiring a Flexographic Printing Plate Maker to join our production team! This is a hands-on manufacturing position focused on producing high-quality printing plates used in the corrugated packaging industry.\n

\n Whether you have previous flexographic experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. Paid training is available for the right candidate.\n

\n

\n Job Responsibilities\n

Produce high-quality flexographic printing plates using liquid and sheet photopolymer processes.
Load and unload materials.
Assist with cleanup and light inventory tasks.
Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work independently while communicating effectively with the production team.

\n Qualifications\n

Previous flexographic platemaking or printing experience is preferred, but not required.
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Basic computer skills.

2nd Shift
Monday- Friday 2pm- 10:30pm

\n Pay:\n

Starting at $24 (pay negotiable)

\n Physical Requirements\n

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
