OverviewA leading consumer products organization is seeking a
Program Manager to support a strategic Product Data Transformation initiative that is critical to the company's long-term business objectives.
This role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams focused on product data quality improvements, hierarchy restructuring, and taxonomy modernization efforts. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies,
driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery across business and technology teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a greenfield environment, enjoys creating structure from

Key Responsibilities- Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate executive-level communications and status updates
- Drive alignment among Product Development, business, and technology stakeholders
- Establish and lead governance frameworks and operating cadences
- Identify and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum
- Support product data transformation and modernization initiatives
- Drive decision-making and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Build scalable program management processes and best practices
Required Qualifications- Program Management experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or business process improvement initiatives
- Experience within retail, apparel, footwear, consumer products, or similar industries
- Product Development and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Experience using Jira and Confluence

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
