Job Description:

Hiring candidates in Transportation Department.
Cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines.

Key Job Responsibilities

Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
Have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and how to prioritize customer SLAs.
Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
High volume sourcing + recruiting.
They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills

Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
Exceptional at candidate generation, client/account Management

Basic Qualifications

2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
May require a bachelor''s degree in area of specialty.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
