Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java. The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects
2. Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
3. Utilize testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities
5. Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process
6. Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices
Skill Requirements
Salesforce QA Engineer
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in QAtesting roles within Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components and testing approaches
Experience in functional, integration, and UAT testing in Agile environments
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Experience with test automation tools and CICD integration is preferred
Tools & Technologies
Test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent)
Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, QA, UAT)
Automation tools (as applicable for CICD pipelines)
Integration testing tools and frameworks
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus
