Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Six to nine years of progressive engineering experience
- Advanced knowledge of RF testing principles, equipment, parameters, and validation processes
- Mobile-device RF testing experience involving major U.S. wireless carriers and OEMs
- Experience developing test methodologies and scalable validation frameworks
- Proficiency with RCA, CAPA, FMEA, DOE, and statistical analysis
- Strong system-level problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence technical decisions
- Vendor and RF equipment-provider management experience preferred
Job Duties:
- Design RF testing and validation strategies for mobile devices
- Define test scope, acceptance criteria, and performance measures
- Configure and validate RF equipment, software tools, scripts, and APIs
- Establish RF engineering standards and documentation practices
- Analyze data, technical risks, and system performance
- Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
- Support product launches, equipment deployments, and process changes
- Manage RF system KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering, operations, IT, vendors, and global teams
- Mentor junior engineers and communicate recommendations to leadership
