As a Data Engineer at Booz Allen, you'll implement data engineering activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. You'll deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data available and meaningful.

You Have: - Experience with data pipelines, including data acquisition, data prep, and database architecture in an academic or professional environment
- Experience with ETL development using Java, Python, SQL, or Scala in an academic or professional environment
- Experience with AWS services in an academic or professional environment
- Experience designing and implementing, containerizing, and deploying end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines within a Cloud environment in an academic or professional environment
- Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: - Experience with Kafka ecosystem tools such as Kafka Connect and Kafka Stream
- Experience with NiFi
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with Agile development met hodologies
- Experience working on real-time data and streaming applications
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
