Summary:

We are seeking a senior Network Architect/Lead Network Engineer to lead architecture, engineering, operations, security, modernization, and performance management for a large distributed enterprise network. Must have DOD/Federal experience

Role & Responsibilities:

Architect and support enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless environments.
Design highly available and resilient network architectures.
Engineer routing, switching, wireless, remote access, and external connectivity.
Perform capacity planning, traffic analysis, and performance optimization.
Support network segmentation and Zero Trust/security initiatives.
Integrate network monitoring with enterprise operational and cybersecurity platforms.
Lead complex network troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Support firewall, VPN, secure gateway, and network-security integration.
Develop network lifecycle and modernization roadmaps.
Coordinate telecommunications carriers, vendors, and external service providers.
Develop network disaster-recovery and resilience strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of network engineering experience.
5+ years designing large enterprise networks.
Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, WAN, wireless, VPN and network security.
Experience supporting geographically distributed, high-availability environments.
Strong network monitoring and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications:

CCNP, CCIE, Juniper, cloud networking or equivalent. (Any One)
