Job Details:
Program and support the machining of flight and tooling components for aerospace structures, working from customer or internal engineering data using CAM software.
Create NC machining programs to manufacture flight and tooling machined components.
Maintain NC program revision status and archive computer files per company procedures.
Generate associated tool lists and setup sheets for NC programs.
Analyze data to determine product feasibility.
Follow engineering data control procedures.
Looking for:
NC programming experience with a 5-axis focus
Working knowledge of Mastercam and Vericut
Skilled in ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficiency in at least one of SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or NX
Associate through senior programmer levels considered
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
Operating CNC machines
Aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
AutoCAD
Predator
