A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multifamily and affordable housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in planning, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, experience managing multifamily or affordable housing projects, and hands-on estimating experience.

Job DetailsRequired
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
- Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing, or residential development projects.
- Prior estimating experience, including takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project delivery processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common construction management software.
Preferred
- Electrical contracting experience with projects ranging from ground-up construction to tenant improvements.
- Knowledge of California building codes and electrical regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Accubid, ConEst, Trimble, Procore, or similar construction software.
