Work Schedule: Onsite
Pay Rate: $74, Based on experience
Description:
Smartsheet Architect & Business Analyst designs, develops, and manages scalable Smartsheet solutions to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and improve project visibility and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, templates, and workspaces.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and process improvements.
- Build automated workflows, approval processes, notifications, and system integrations.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and portfolio tracking tools.
- Establish platform governance, security, data quality, and design standards.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, documentation, training, and ongoing enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Smartsheet experience.
- Strong skills in Smartsheet formulas, cross-sheet references, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, Power BI, Excel, or SQL.
