Emerging Technologies team specializes in building forward-looking, extremely scalable platforms. The team has a passion for solving hard problems, exploring new domains, and engineering custom solutions optimal for Apple. Description
Emerging Technologies team is seeking talented, highly motivated and disciplined engineers to work across Layer 4 - Layer 7 load balancing and security technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Expertise in C & C++
Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP Protocols and Web/Network Security
Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS proxies
Knowledge of IP Networking, BGP & NAT
At least 7 years of relevant software development experience
Bachelor's / Master's in Computer science or related engineering field
Preferred Qualifications
Programming experience in LUA, Python, Go and Rust
Knowledge of WAF
Experience with public cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, AWS
Working experience with load balancer products like IPVS, NGINX and Envoy
