Job Summary: Works with end users to coordinate the implementation of Decision Support Systems, applications, and/or interfaces by providing the building, testing, training, support, maintenance, and enhancements. Provides end-user assistance, involving analysis, identification of problem or needs, designing solutions and identifying required system adaptations. Also responsible for performing periodic system maintenance and upgrade activities that would include occasional night/weekend work.
