Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python and React, along with the ability to lead technical development, design scalable applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The candidate will be responsible for leading full-stack development initiatives, developing robust backend services using Python, building responsive user interfaces using React, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications.
Develop scalable and maintainable backend applications using Python.
Design and develop responsive, reusable front-end components using React.
Work closely with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services.
Troubleshoot application performance, production issues, and technical defects.
Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Support application testing, debugging, deployment, and production releases.
Identify opportunities for improving application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote development best practices.
Required Skills
1. Python
Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
Experience developing scalable backend applications and services.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
2. React
Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience developing reusable and responsive UI components.
Strong understanding of JavaScriptTypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with React hooks, state management, and API integration.
Additional Technical Skills
Full-stack application development
RESTful APIs and microservices
JavaScript TypeScript
SQL and database concepts
Git and source-control practices
Application debugging and performance optimization
CICD and deployment practices
AgileScrum development methodologies
Cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure are a plus
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications is preferred
