This role is for an innovative GenAI Engineering and Transformation Senior Manager (Hybrid) to drive the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic flows, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification, and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the technical direction of products and services, in still engineering best practices. This position involves close collaboration with various technology teams to push the adoption of Generative AI technologies and agentic flows across enterprise-wide applications and processes, and to develop partnerships with third-party providers for validating and adopting best-of-breed solutions.

Required Technical Expertise:
Deep hands-on experience in engineering and executing enterprise solutions that scale effectively.
Tean building, people management, and mentoring skills.
Fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference forPythonandJava. Proficiency inJavascript/TypescriptandGolangis also highly valued.
Strong understanding ofLanguage Models (LLMs),transformers,agentic frameworks,vector stores, andsearch algorithms.
Experience with relevant frameworks such asSpring(AI, Boot, Core, etc.),N8N, Flask,LangChain,LangGraph, ADK, andMLFlow.
Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms includingAWS,Google Cloud Platform, orAzure
Experience in building complex RAG applications
Experience in building AI Agent workflows using an AI orchestration platform such as LangGraph, Crew AI, Autogen or ADK
Proficiency in database technologies, such asOracle,Postgres, orMongoDB.
Experience with messaging and integration platforms.
UI development skills with technologies such asReact JS, Gradio,StreamLit.
Experience designing and implementingRESTandWebSocketAPIs.
Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms includingAWS,Google Cloud Platform, orAzure
Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, includingDocker,Kubernetes,Terraform, andHelm.
Experience with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such asJenkinsandGradle.
Good engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
Experience in model risk management, guardrails development, and developing end-user adoption pathways for AI/GenAI solutions.
General Experience & Qualifications:
15+ years of strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.
Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts and senior management reports within technology or risk & controls domains.
Demonstrated ability to structure and lead product working groups, driving consensus on requirements and facilitating the development and implementation of processes, data, and system designs.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
