Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CMP Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our company. As a Senior CMP Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of CMP Polishing Processes. You will also be instrumental in driving process improvements, yield enhancement, and ensuring ISO compliance. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing, Process Integration, Process Troubleshooting, and Process Capability.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and optimization of CMP Polishing Processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
2. Perform regular process troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.
3. Utilize expertise in mirra, ipec, and ontrak to drive process improvements and yield enhancement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and methodologies into existing manufacturing operations.
5. Monitor process capability, identifying potential improvements and implementing necessary changes to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
6. Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards, implementing necessary procedures and controls to maintain compliance.
7. Conduct regular yield improvement activities, utilizing data analysis and process engineering techniques to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
8. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in CMP Polishing Processes and Semiconductor Manufacturing, implementing innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in CMP Polishing Processes, mirra, ipec, and ontrak.
4. Strong understanding of Process Integration, Process Troubleshooting, and Process Capability.
5. Proven track record in yield improvement and process optimization.
6. In-depth knowledge of ISO compliance in a manufacturing environment.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional projects.
9. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
10. A continuous learner with a passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
