Raytheon s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineering (SE) Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) to support the GhostEye V120 Program. The GhostEye SE CPTL is responsible for leading the GhostEye Systems Engineering team s execution of all Systems Engineering scope across the GhostEye Product Line.

This position is onsite based in Tewksbury, MA.

What you will do:
\n
\n - \n
Work with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products
\n - \n
Serve as the primary Systems point of contact for the GhostEye program with the customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program management and engineering leadership.
\n - \n
Provide technical and functional leadership to Systems Organization supporting the GhostEye V120 program, which will require
\n \n - \n
Broad knowledge of the technology and concepts of radars and associated products
\n - \n
Broad knowledge and understanding of the process and requirements of maintaining compliance with all export and import controls
\n - \n
Ability to promote collaboration and drive alignment across Raytheon business units, functions and programs as well with external partners and customers.
\n - \n
Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to both internal and external customers
\n - \n
A deep enough understanding of general and Raytheon specific financial metrics (e.g. bookings, sales, operating profit, and cash) and processes, and program metrics (e.g. CPI/SPI, EAC) and processes, to provide meaningful insight into business decisions and strategies.
\n - \n
The ability to effectively prioritize and de-conflict competing tasks based on an accurate assessment on what will provide the greatest value to the business.

Qualifications You Must Have:
\n
\n - \n
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
\n Experience in GhostEye/LTAMDS Programs (or similar program) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment
\n - \n
Demonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry
\n - \n
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
\n

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
