\n - Research, plan, and design custom mechanical test solutions for vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency (RF), and electro-optical operational environments.
\n
\n
\n - Conceptualize and implement mechanical systems that integrate seamlessly with state-of-the-art test technologies.
\n
\n
\n - Utilize parametric CAD solid modeling tools to create comprehensive 3D assemblies and detailed 2D engineering drawing packages.
\n
\n
\n - Ensure all technical data packages adhere strictly to industry drafting standards, including ASME Y14 series or ISO geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
\n
\n
\n - Integrate and validate test systems against stringent accuracy, repeatability, and reliability requirements.
\n
\n
\n - Evaluate production installations and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to diagnose malfunctions and implement design enhancements.
