Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 15+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, cloud platforms, and advanced machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
Build and optimize Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
Develop scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure AI security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

15+ years of IT experience with strong AI/ML expertise.
Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services.
Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Spark, and distributed data processing.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools.
Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
AI/ML or Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
