Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Assist with gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, Project Managers, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Support UAT, including test scenarios, validation, and issue tracking.
- Maintain requirements and project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Prepare reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Work Authorization
