Job Overview:
Pay Range $65hr - $70hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Proven experience as a Lead / Senior SAP Ariba Consultant delivering full-lifecycle Source-to-Pay implementations.
- Deep functional expertise across the procurement lifecycle: Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Invoice-to-Pay.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP MM (purchasing, inventory, invoice verification) and SAP FI-AP (accounts payable, vendor master, payment processing).
- Demonstrated ability to resolve end-to-end, cross-module issues across Ariba and SAP ERP integrations.
- Practical experience with Ariba SAP integration (CIG, IDocs, master and transactional data replication).
- Track record delivering change management, user training, UAT, data migration, and cutover on major SAP programmes.
- Working knowledge of procurement controls, approval workflows, and SAP GRC / SoD compliance.
- Experience providing hypercare and production support post-deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of the SAP Ariba solution across the Source-to-Pay value chain.
- Own the end-to-end process integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP (MM and FI-AP), ensuring master data, transactional documents, and financial postings flow correctly across systems.
- Lead delivery across the SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network modules, including SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts, SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and SAP Ariba Commerce Automation.
- Act as the lead for complex, cross-functional STP issues, tracing root causes across Ariba, integration middleware, SAP MM, and FI-AP.
- Diagnose and resolve issues spanning requisition-to-PO, PO-to-goods-receipt, and invoice-to-payment, including three-way match failures, IDoc/CIG errors, tax and account assignment defects, and workflow breakdowns.
- Lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications to drive user adoption across procurement, finance, and the wider business.
- Design and deliver end-user training tailored to buyer, approver, and supplier audiences.
- Ensure the solution meets SAP GRC / Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements, working with risk and audit stakeholders to remediate conflicts.
- Lead post-go-live hypercare support, stabilising the solution, resolving production incidents, and transitioning to business-as-usual support.
