Mandatory Skills

5+ years of production-grade Python development with a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with an advanced degree
Strong software development experience—not primarily Python scripting
Git version control
SQL and relational databases
Pandas
Unit testing with Pytest or similar frameworks
Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes
Shell scripting
Agile development experience

Domain Skills

Financial forecasting or financial accounting applications
Fixed-income concepts: duration, convexity, spread, and OAS
Production-run support and troubleshooting
Performance optimization, refactoring, and technical-debt reduction

Preferred

GAAP accounting knowledge
FP&A experience
CFA, FRM, or CPA progress
Quantitative graduate degree
