Position overview
Are you a critical thinker who thrives on variety and is passionate about continuous improvement? We have an exciting Term, full-time (to July 2027) opportunity for a Program Coordinator, Risk and Resilience to join a team of dynamic self-starters dedicated to keeping YVR safe, efficient, and prepared for whatever comes next. In this role, you will collaborate across the airport community to develop, maintain, and enhance operational and business continuity plans, assess and mitigate risks, and strengthen operational readiness. You will play a key role in ensuring the broader airside team is trained, informed, and equipped to successfully execute these plans. The position also supports key airside contracts, provides operational coverage as needed, and contributes to critical airport operations, including winter response activities.

Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers. This position is open to both Vancouver Airport Authority employees & external candidates. Previous job performance will be taken into consideration for all internal candidates that apply for this position.
Salary Range : $75,766 to $99,027 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
