Summary

Position: D365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Tester

Location: Northern Virginia / Chicago (Hybrid Preferred) | Remote (Quarterly Travel Required)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills:

4+ years of Software Testing experience (Manual & Automation)
3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO/Finance) testing experience
Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance, and UAT Testing
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, AccelQ, and other automation frameworks
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane
Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies
Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance modules and business processes
Experience documenting test plans, test cases, defects, and test results
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/Sales)
Experience with CE and F&O integrations
SAFe Tester Certification
Background in Business Analysis, Change Management, or Project Management
Candidates local to Northern Virginia or Chicago preferred

Responsibilities:

Design and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT test plans
Perform manual and automated testing for D365 Finance applications
Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies
Document defects, test results, and testing activities
Support end-user testing and feature walkthroughs
Utilize AI-based testing tools to improve test coverage and efficiency
Continuously enhance test automation processes and coverage
