Preferred Additional Skills:- Experience in aircraft maintenance on C-130s, preferably with a focus on complex mechanical and avionics systems.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred.
- Experience with a variety aircraft models that the company operates, such as C-130, P-8A, G550, etc.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with aircraft maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with a focus on avionics and electrical systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineers, customers, and other maintenance staff.
