The Ventura Group is seeking a highly experienced Adobe Creative Suite Cloud Applications Analyst to serve as key personnel to perform work on-site at the USCG HQ.

Adobe Creative Suite Cloud Applications Analyst
Work Location: Washington, DC
Scope: The Adobe Creative Suite Cloud Applications Analyst must provide analytical and technically proficient support and deliver advanced one-on-one support via walk-in, via Microsoft Teams, email, and telephone to support desktop applications.
Duties include support of:
- Must have training experience and be technically capable of delivering advanced-level one-on-one support training.
- Monday to Friday, work hours are from 7am to 4pm.
- Deliver Adobe Creative Cloud training from basic to advanced levels in-person (up to 12 students) or virtually via Microsoft Teams (5 to 7 classes per week).
- Provide graphic design support, including the creation of 2D and 3D digital or freehand graphics for print, web, and multimedia platforms (e.g., posters, digital signage, brochures, banners, animations).
- Have technically knowledgeable/experience to assist USCG staff with any application/hardware updates.
- Set up and routinely inspect all training room hardware, including Smartboards, participant workstations, and classroom setups.
- Support the USCG customers in the use of peripherals and specialized hardware, including scanners, laminators, paper folders, binders, CD/DVD duplicators, removable media, and video capture devices.
- Provide support as to research/recommend new hardware or software solutions based on the customer’s needs.
- Have experience in operating and maintaining laser engravers for custom engraving projects (plaques, cups, and coins).
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
- Must have work experience in the following;
o Photoshop
o InDesign
o Illustrator
o Premiere Pro
o Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to Excel, Access, Project, Word, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Teams.
Minimum Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree or work experience in a related field.
