Job Description Your Opportunity The Engineering Lead, Capital Improvements Program provides program leadership responsible for the overarching delivery and technical quality of engineering tasks performed within a project portfolio consisting of approximately $2B in capital improvements for wastewater treatment, stormwater and sanitary sewer facilities. During project development, the Engineering Lead helps the Owner define the project scope and select an A/E contract. During planning and des
