What you'll need to succeed:
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
Required technical certifications include Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Terraform Associate.
Possess DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role, such as Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, or CISSP.
6+ years of experience in systems or DevOps engineering, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Hands-on experience ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of containerized environments in enterprise or mission-critical settings.
Operational experience managing CI/CD pipelines, container build processes, and infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and operating container runtimes, orchestration tooling, and supporting services.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tooling including Rancher, Helm, Docker, Cilium, Rook, Ceph, MinIO, S3, and PortWorx. Experience leading or assisting in design and implementation on complex integrated container platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.
Required technical certifications include Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Terraform Associate.
