OverviewWe are seeking multiple Senior Cloud Administrators to join our team in managing and advancing the Okta Identity Platform. This is a high-impact role supporting the security posture and operational excellence of the Federal Reserve Board's identity infrastructure. The selected candidates will work with modern identity technologies while supporting enterprise-impacting initiatives at one of the nation's most important financial institutions.
This work will be pefromed onsite in Washington, DC. Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and support the Okta Identity Platform.
- Integrate applications with Okta IdP using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Configure and manage authorization servers, API access, and group access.
- Build and maintain authentication and authorization policies.
- Troubleshoot SSO issues, user access problems, and integration failures.
- Implement MFA and adaptive authentication rules.
- Document configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on Okta administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of SSO protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Experience with Okta Workflows.
- Understanding of identity governance and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and respond to support requests.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a systematic problem-solving approach.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated environment such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications- Okta Professional Certification.
- Experience with REST APIs and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
Salary: $145,000 - $152,000Additional benefits include: - Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
