About the Role:We are seeking a creative and user-focused
UX/UI Designer to drive user research, create intuitive digital experiences, and translate insights into high-fidelity designs. This role partners closely with product managers, developers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and validate solutions that improve the user experience across web applications, mobile experiences, internal systems, and digital products.
Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices:
AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided)

Responsibilities:- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other Human-Centered Design activities to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile planning and ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs.
- Present research insights and design recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote user-centered design best practices and contribute to design standards, documentation, and reusable resources.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge of UX/UI methodologies, tools, and emerging trends.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and maintain consistency through design systems and component libraries.
- Support additional visual design needs, including presentations, digital assets, and marketing materials, as needed.
Required Experience- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user-centered design activities.
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following:
- User Experience (UX) Design
- User Interface (UI) Design
- Interaction Design
- Service Design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ability to translate user research into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile product development teams.
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Accessibility- Strong understanding of digital accessibility principles and WCAG standards.
- Experience designing inclusive digital experiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS or similar technologies.
