Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
4+ years of experience testing Drupal-based websites.
Strong knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
Experience performing manual accessibility testing, keyboard navigation testing, and screen reader testing.
Experience with web and native mobile accessibility testing.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and accessibility best practices.
Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect management.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Experience with Drupal 10 and Drupal 11.
Experience supporting Drupal migration projects.
Experience with Siteimprove and ClickUp.
Knowledge of accessibility remediation and compliance reporting.
Experience developing accessibility processes, standards, and training materials.
Familiarity with QA automation tools and testing best practices.
