Job Summary
We are seeking experienced IT Help Desk Support Technicians to provide enterprise-level desktop support for Windows and macOS environments. The ideal candidates will have strong endpoint management, identity management, troubleshooting, and customer support experience while working in a secure enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enterprise-level administration and support for Windows and macOS systems.
Perform imaging, deployment, configuration management, and system maintenance.
Manage and support endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, KACE, and JAMF.
Troubleshoot identity and access management issues involving Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MFA,RBAC, and AWS-integrated identity services.
Diagnose and resolve endpoint, authentication, connectivity, and performance issues using system logs and monitoring tools.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Network Operations, and Cybersecurity teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
Perform patch management, baseline configuration, and endpoint deployment improvements.
Support hybrid cloud environments, including AWS-hosted resources and on-premises integrations.
Follow Zero Trust security principles and organizational security standards.
Create technical documentation, user guides, and mentor junior support technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
Enterprise support for Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, KACE, and JAMF.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MFA, and AWS identity services.
Experience troubleshooting endpoint devices and authentication issues.
Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

CompTIA Security+
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
Apple Certified IT Professional
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher)
ITIL Foundation
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate
