Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRO / Repair Engineer to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities. The role will focus on aircraft structural repair design, repair substantiation, non-conformance disposition, and production engineering support.

Knowledge of FAA Part 25 / Airworthiness requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

Key Responsibilities

Support MRO and aircraft repair engineering activities.
Develop aircraft structural repair designs for metallic and composite structures.
Prepare repair substantiation and supporting engineering documentation.
Perform non-conformance disposition and support root cause/corrective action activities.
Provide production engineering support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
Coordinate with DERs, Service Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure repair solutions comply with applicable FAA Part 25 and airworthiness requirements.
Support service engineering activities and coordinate technical resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
Use CATIA V5 for aircraft structural design and repair-related activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Relevant experience in MRO / Aircraft Repair Engineering.
Hands-on experience with aircraft structural repairs involving metallic and composite structures.
Experience with repair design and repair substantiation.
Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
Experience supporting production and service engineering teams.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
