AsSeniorSupplier Quality Engineer (SQE)you willberesponsible formaking sure that parts, materials, or products provided by suppliers meet quality standards.You will collaborate withsuppliers,external manufacturing partners, quality, engineering to prevent defects, improveprocessesand reduce risk in the supply chain.The ideal candidate willleveragea deep understanding of product applications and environments to strategically apply technical knowledge and methodologiestoreduce defects anddrive quality improvement at suppliers.
The Quality team ensuresSymboticproducts successfully transition from development into production by partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Test teams. Encompassing product, site, manufacturing, and supplier Quality,theteam focuses on quality planning, defect prevention, and process validation from prototype through production, using product and field data to drive continuous improvement. By embedding strong quality practices early in the product lifecycle, the team helps ensure reliable product launches and consistent system performance.
Proficient in quality management concepts, tools, and methods (FMEA, DOE, MSA, GRR, 8D, etc.).
Familiarity with statistical process control software such as SAA, Minitab, and JMP, along with advanced Excel skills for data organization and analysis.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $101,000.00 - $138,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
