Pull, route, terminate, and organize low-voltage wiring
Install and trim out wired devices and system components
Install motion detectors, CCTV and surveillance cameras, security equipment, access control components, and fire alarm devices
Assist with wiring and installation of access control systems
Read and follow blueprints, installation drawings, manufacturer instructions, and equipment manuals
Apply basic electrical and low-voltage installation practices in the field
Troubleshoot basic wiring, device, and installation issues
Use ladders and work at heights when required
Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and equipment
Work alongside technicians and other team members to complete projects safely and correctly
Take on additional low-voltage installation responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

1-3 years of installation, electrical, low-voltage, or related hands-on experience preferred
Experience pulling, routing, and terminating low-voltage wire
Experience installing wired devices
Ability to read or understand blueprints and installation drawings
Ability to read and follow installation manuals and manufacturer instructions
Basic understanding of electrical or low-voltage systems
Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
Valid driver?s license
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and willing to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
