Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Marketing Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute brand, campaign, and content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence to recommend strategic improvements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, provide marketing performance reporting, and promote best practices in brand strategy and campaign execution.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in brand strategy, campaign management, integrated marketing, or digital marketing.

Technical Skills
|
Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, Eloqua, Microsoft Office

Business / Domain Skills
|

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across owned and paid media channels.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, demand generation, Agile methodologies, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
