Zuora's development is in Java, so the company seeks Java experts who can write clean and efficient Java code, said Marshall Choi, recruiting manager at Zuora. "We look for smart, creative people that think out of the box," Choi said. "We need our employees to solve problems, so they need to be pretty smart and know particular skills very well." The company is always looking for tech professionals experienced in cloud computing, but cloud experience is not required.
