Pandora picked former aQuantive President and CEO and Microsoft Senior Vice President Brian McAndrews to be Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Joe Kennedy, who announced plans to retire in March. [Dice News]

Comcast hired Ed Brassel as Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence for Comcast Cable. [Comcast]

Former Zynga and EA COO John Schappert founded Shiver Entertainment, a Miami-based game startup funded by Nexon that will make free-to-play PC and mobile games. The startup is Schappert’s second game company — he previously founded Tiburon Entertainment, which he sold to EA earlier in his career. [Venture Beat] Jason Hoffman resigned from his position as Chief Technology Officer at Joyent, a cloud computing company that he co-founded. [Tech Crunch]

Former Uber Vice President of Business Development Ed Hubbard joined fitness social networking platform MapMyFitness as Vice President of Platform Solutions. He will focus on defining the company’s core APIs. [MapMyFitness]

Coupa Software, a maker of cloud-based financial applications, named JP Krishnamoorthy Vice President of Engineering. Previously, he was Vice President of Development of Revenue Management Products for the Communications Global Business Unit at Oracle. [coupa.com]

International business SaaS provider High Street Partners further expanded its team of executives with the addition of Bill Thomas as Chief Operating Officer. He brings 25 years of related experience, most recently from his position as Partner at KPMG. [High Street Partners]

Counterterrorism technology company A-T Solutions named Lanny Bernier Executive Vice President of its National Security Group. Previously, he was Vice President of National Security Solutions at USIS. [a-tsolutions.com]

Zuora, maker of the Z-business commerce and billing platform, hired Keith Costello as Senior Vice President of Global Services. He brings 25 years of enterprise technology experience from positions at SAP, Oracle and Siebel Systems. Meantime, Guillaume Vives, former Senior Vice President of Professional Services, became Senior Vice President of Strategy and Product Management. [zuora.com]

Former NASA CTO Chris Kemp resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Nebula, a company he founded that provides hardware and software systems for building OpenStack cloud services. He will transition to the role of Chief Strategy Officer, and will be replaced by Barracuda Networks and Network Peripherals Co-Founder Gordon Stitt as CEO. [Dice News]

Following its recent acquisition of Pressplane, the parent company of Zapd, cosmetic surgery review platform RealSelf named Zapd Founder and CEO Kelly Smith Chief Experience Officer. Zapd will be shut down at the end of the month. Plans for the rest of Pressplane have not yet been announced. [GeekWire]

Healthcare collections platform provider TransEngen appointed Buck Rogers to be President and Chief Executive Officer. Former President and CEO Gregory Morris will become the company’s first Chief Strategy Officer. [TransEngen]

Conductiv, a maker of mobile commerce software for the retail industry, added Jeff Saunders as Chief Executive Officer and Bob Daughton as Executive Vice Chairman and Operations Lead. Both will be based out of the company’s New York headquarters. [Conductiv]

Recently hired Chief Operating Officer James Isaacs transitioned to be Chief Executive Officer at Mocana, an application security company. He succeeds Co-Founder Adrian Turner, who will continue as a member of the Board of Directors. [Mocana]

15-year Microsoft vet Mark Relph joined GrowLab, a Canadian startup accelerator, as its first entrepreneur-in-residence. [All Things D]

STG, a government tech provider, appointed Bill Perlowitz to be Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He brings 30 years of experience in technical management and leadership, most recently from his position as Chief Technologist of Wyle’s Science, Technology and Engineering Group. Before that, he was Vice President of Advanced Technology at URS Apptis, and CTO of Reliable Integration Services. [stginc.com]

After seven years as Senior Vice President of Finance at Time Warner Cable, Mark FitzPatrick was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company’s Residential Services Division. Technology market research and consulting company Beechman Research hired Saverio Romeo as a Principal Analyst. [Beechman Research]

The Judge Group, a provider of consulting, staffing solutions, and corporate training, promoted Jared Rakes to Executive Vice President of the Technology Consulting and Solutions Group and Human Capital Management Division. Previously, he was Managing Director of Management Consulting. [judge.com]
