Job Description:

Overview:

Our client, client is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead product development initiatives. This role bridges business and technical teams, driving Agile execution and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional Agile teams through full product lifecycle

Manage sprints, backlogs, and stakeholder communications

Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP implementations

Develop project plans, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery excellence

Provide regular updates to senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

7+ years of project/program management experience

3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments

1 2 ERP implementation projects (Microsoft D365 or equivalent)

Proficiency in Azure DevOps and SDLC best practices

Preferred:

Manufacturing industry experience

Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
