Job Description

We are looking for a SIERRA Tester with experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect management, test case creation, and functional/regression testing. Exposure to implementation or enterprise applications is an added advantage.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
Experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar.
Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT testing.
Ability to create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts.
Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
Basic SQL knowledge for backend/database validation.
Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements.
Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
Develop and maintain automation test scripts.
Validate application functionality against business requirements.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects until closure.
Perform database validation using SQL queries.
Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing where applicable.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to resolve issues.
Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.
