Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk specialist.

  • Phone support (Leve1-2).
  • Must have CRM skills
Job Description

Provides Tier 1 & 1.5 production and non-production support of applications and databases for software.

Monitors production systems for alerts, outages and system issues.

Seeks continuous improvements for applications, processes, support methods and team effectiveness.

Executes technical procedures to resolve production & non-production issues.

Evaluates systems and processes in an effort to resolves technical problems. Implements effective solutions for break/fix issues.

Develops knowledge of enterprise Systems.

Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of client needs, concerns and challenges.

Updates production and non-production support documentation and adheres to ITIL practices
