Position: Teamcenter Developer

Experience Level: 8-12+ years PLM experience
Focus: Siemens Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and migration
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical activities for Siemens Teamcenter projects.
• Configure, customize, and implement Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.
• Develop integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES, and Manufacturing applications.
• Perform data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation to Teamcenter.
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, security, product structures, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.
• Participate in solution design, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Required Experience & Skills
• 8-12+ years of PLM experience with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proven experience in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and migration.
• Expertise in BMIDE, ITK, Active Workspace, Teamcenter SOA/APIs, workflows, and access management.
• Knowledge of PDM/PLM processes, BOM Management, Product Structure Management, Document Management, and Change Management (ECR/ECO).
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, XML, JSON, and API development.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Teamcenter-heavy technical professional who can own the technical workstream on a Teamcenter program.
The ideal candidate is highly hands-on in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and migration, with the ability to translate legacy processes and customizations into scalable Teamcenter solutions.
This is not a support or administration role; it requires a strong technical developer/consultant capable of driving end-to-end Teamcenter delivery.
