Summary

Role: Active Directory admins/Engineers

Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA.

6 to 12 months contract

Role Summary

Active Directory (AD) Admin/Operator to support day-to-day operations, configuration, patching, documentation, and incident management across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining secure, stable, and highly available directory services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms.
Configure, manage, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening of AD infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service outages, and performance issues.
Monitor AD health, replication, and domain controller performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
