Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Active Directory (AD) Engineer to support enterprise Active Directory infrastructure and identity management services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Active Directory administration, Group Policy management, Windows Server, and enterprise identity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments.

• Configure and administer Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.

• Monitor Active Directory health, replication, and domain controllers.

• Perform security hardening, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance.

• Troubleshoot Active Directory incidents, outages, and performance issues.

• Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC.

• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
